Finally, I am deeply grateful to Claudia Bauer and Manfred Nacke for their contributions to this study. I would like to thank Joanie Andelin for proofreading this book even though she had little time and for her kindness to forgive me my mistakes. I am indebted to my good friend Martin Deininger for his erudition and his efforts to gather data from his degree program.
